At The Crystal Coop, we believe in the power of intuition and the beauty of earth’s treasures. However, please note:
For Entertainment Only: All tarot readings and crystal descriptions are provided for intuitive guidance and entertainment purposes.
Not Professional Advice: Our services and products are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. I am not a licensed medical professional. Always consult a qualified provider for health or legal concerns.
Personal Responsibility: How you interpret and use the information provided in a reading or on this site is solely your responsibility.
2. Product Information & Safety
Natural Variations: We use genuine, earth-grown stones. Because they are natural, please expect variations in color, shape, and size. No two crystals are identical!
Handmade Jewelry: Our bracelets are hand-strung with high-quality elastic. While durable, please follow our "Roll, Don't Stretch" care guide to ensure longevity.
Child Safety: Our Junior Rockhound items contain small parts. These are choking hazards and are intended for children ages 5+ with adult supervision.
3. Shipping & Processing
Processing Time: Most orders are nestled, packed, and ready to fly within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Methods: We primarily use USPS Priority Mail. Once your package ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address! The Crystal Coop is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
All Sales Final: Due to the unique nature of crystals and the time-intensive nature of intuitive readings, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged during its flight, please contact us at thecrystalcoopandcreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can help.
Tarot Cancellations: If you need to reschedule a reading, please provide 24 hours' notice. Cancelations after 24 hours will not be refunded nor credited to future appointments.
5. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a tarot reading. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Reading Information: Any details you share for a tarot reading are kept strictly confidential between you and Chell.

Ship your orders and send tracking updates.
Confirm your tarot appointments.
Send you "Coop News" (but only if you’ve opted in!).
3. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone. We only share data with the tools that help us run the shop (like the post office for shipping or our website host).
4. Your Rights
You are in control! You can ask us to update your info or remove you from our email list at any time. Just send us a message, and we’ll take care of it within 48 hours.
